Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy Operating with the slogan “Safety First,” all our personnel, without exception, undergo periodic Occupational Health and Safety training. In addition to our internal training programs, we ensure participation in seminars and workshops organized by authorized institutions and maintain all necessary certifications.
Training Policy Within the scope of our ongoing collaboration with Marmara University, our engineers participate in specialized training programs related to their respective fields. Furthermore, our manufacturing and assembly staff receive continuous internal training to regularly update their technical knowledge and skills.
Environmental Policy Every process in our factory, from resource consumption to waste management, is followed with the utmost sensitivity. The monitoring and auditing of our environmental policy are conducted and recorded by competent organizations to ensure full compliance with sustainability standards.
